Whether you book by e-mail, telephone or online via our website, your advantages are obvious:

 

Fast & uncomplicated booking with personal contact to our reception team.

 

Your questions and personal requests will be discussed and answered directly, confidentially and efficiently. It doesn't matter whether it's about special room categories, special offers, special conditions or information about our holiday resort.

 

Things don't always go according to plan. We would be happy to advise you personally about our cancellation conditions and recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with every booking.

 

 

Booking security

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 1/3 of the total price must be paid within 14 days of booking. This amount can be transferred. Please enter your name and travel dates.

Cancellation fees


You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure
29-21 Day before departure 25% of the travel price
20-14 Day before departure 50% of the travel price
from the 13th day before departure 90% of the travel price

 

 

Your holiday booking without risk

Check In / Check Out

Your booked rooms are available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., we ask for a short message. On departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. You are welcome to ask our reception team about the possibility and the surcharge of an earlier arrival or a later departure.

 

 

Payment

You can pay the invoice amount on departure in cash, with an EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
