The Hintertuxer Gletscherkönig, our vintage tractor week, will take place for the 7th time in September 2024. We are already in the process of working out the program in order to once again enable unforgettably beautiful trips with all participants. In order for everything to run as smoothly as it did during our previous Gletscherkönig weeks, the framework conditions must be well planned and followed by all participants. We therefore ask you to read all the facts and the conditions of participation carefully before registering.

The following 2 packages can be booked:

Weekend Package | entry fee € 150 per tractor | Arrival on Thursday, September 12, 2024 | Panoramic trip to the Penken on Friday | All tractors drive up to the Hintertux Glacier on Saturday | Tractor party on Saturday night

The entry fee also includes a Gletscherkönig shield cap and the participation badge. Additional shield caps for the passengers can be ordered at the same time. The price per cap is €40 and has to be paid together with the entry fee. The total amount must be transferred in advance to the account at Raiffeisenbank Tux, IBAN: AT26 3634 2000 0001 5347, BIC: RZTIAT22342 with the reference Gletscherkönig 2024.

By submitting the registration form, the conditions of participation are accepted. The registration only becomes binding after our positive feedback and after receipt of the entry fee. On the day of arrival, the driver must sign the conditions of participation and the driver's declaration. If this signature is refused, you will be excluded from the event for reasons of liability.

The organizer Christian Kofler reserves the right to limit the number of participants for organizational reasons. The participants will be considered in the order of registration and receipt of the entry fee. Only in the event that a participant has to be rejected for capacity reasons will the entry fee be refunded. If a participant cancels, there will be no refund. The entry fee includes a participant badge and a shield cap as well as the right to participate in the program. Overnight stays and additional consumptions are to be borne by the participants themselves.
